Jeremy enjoyed a successful corporate career in a variety of senior sales marketing and business development roles with several major Consumer Heath businesses including L’Oreal Reckitt GSK and Pfizer

In 1993 he co-founded specialist consumer health advisory business EBM and has completed over 300 BDL and strategic planning assignments internationally with all major MNCs including Haleon, Pfizer, J&J, Bayer, Novartis, BI and Sanofi as well as multiple mid-sized CHC companies

In conjunction with Jason Kalik, he created Evidence Base a specialist BD software service deployed by a number of MNCs in acquisition target screening and evaluation

He is also an Advisory Partner in Shanghai- based TPP Healthcare and a Founder of China Deal Flow

An experienced Global Executive with an impressive track record of leading global consumer healthcare companies, through significant organisational change and development, to achieve sustainable growth and profitability, that has led to the execution of value adding exit strategies

From 2010-16 David was Global CEO of Boehringer Ingleheim Consumer Healthcare (the world’s largest privately held pharma company) significantly increasing turnover by 60% to €1.9bn before the business was sold to Sanofi in 2016 for more than 20 times EBITDA

In 2017, he took up the role of CEO at HRA Pharma, a PE Backed Healthcare company. He was again successful in building sales and profitability over a 5-year tenure which resulted in a successful exit to Perrigo Inc in 2022 for an exit value of €2.1bn again more than 20 times EBITDA

He is Non-Executive Director of a number of other international healthcare businesses and works closely with many of the major private equity groups as Specialist Advisor

Jason has had a successful corporate career in sales, marketing, and business development, having worked with renowned healthcare companies, including Sanofi, Ciba Geigy, GSK, Novartis, and Pfizer, among others.

Alongside Jeremy Kelly, he co-founded EBM, a company that has collaborated with several multinational corporations, such as Haleon, Pfizer, J&J, Bayer, Novartis, BI, and Sanofi, as well as multiple mid-sized CHC companies

Jason also co-founded Evidence Base with Jeremy and is a Co-Founder of China Deal Flow.

Rahim is a qualified finance professional with over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across life sciences, healthtech, biotech and consumer healthcare businesses.

He has held finance leadership positions in a range of high-growth, venture capital and private equity-backed companies, where he has led finance functions, supported fundraising rounds and partnered closely with CEOs and boards on strategy, financial planning and investor reporting.

Most recently he held senior finance roles at Founders Health Holding and at Mosaic Therapeutics, a UK biotech business. Earlier experience includes finance leadership at GyroGear, a medical device company developing wearable technology for patients with Parkinson’s disease, and at Lightpoint Medical, a life sciences company focused on molecular imaging technology for cancer surgery.

Rahim began his career at Deloitte in audit, working across London and Singapore, and holds the FCCA qualification

Mike is a global Consumer Healthcare executive with more than 25 years commercial experience in scaling up brands for major companies such as Reckitt, GSK J&J, and Perrigo. This includes multiple brand leaders like Gaviscon, Strepsils, Nurofen, Imodium and Swisse.  In his last corporate role, Mike was CEO Europe for H&H-group. Mike has also been involved with start-up and early stage development businesses in Health and Wellness. This includes Ranir a PE-backed company in Oral Care, where he was part of a management team that successfully grew the business to deliver an exit EV of $750m or 15x EBITDA.
